Running out
A pack, for the month that goes well.
$29 for 100 more credits, about 16 videos, on top of whatever your plan gave you. Bought credits do not expire on the 1st — only the plan’s own allowance resets.
Packs are for accounts on a plan. Per credit a plan is cheaper, so if you are not on one yet, pick one instead.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- The plan’s monthly allowance does not. Credits you bought in a pack do, and a renewal leaves them alone.
- What happens if a video fails?
- The credits come back the same minute, automatically. You are charged for videos, not attempts.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account, in two clicks. You keep the credits you have paid for until the end of the month you paid for.
- Is 2K on every plan?
- On every paid plan. The free video is a 768p draft with a small mark in the corner — the 2K upgrade is the thing the plans are actually for, and it comes without one.
